Obtaining a job in the UK can provide excellent prospects for settlement and citizenship. Many people wish to obtain a work visa (UK) and eventually live in the United Kingdom.
If you are an applicant looking to establish your career in the UK on a work visa, the UK skilled worker visa is an excellent option.
This visa, however, requires a genuine employment offer and sponsorship from an authorised sponsor licence holder. The sponsor in this case is the UK employer.
What are the advantages of the skilled worker visa path?

The new method eliminates the Resident Labour Market Test (RLMT), which allowed permanent employees to seek posts before they were offered to migrants.

What documents are required to apply for a Skilled Worker visa?
To apply to the Skilled Worker route, an applicant will require the following documents:

A current passport

A Sponsorship Certificate (CoS) provided by the employer

The job posting must specify a skill level of RQF3 or above (A level equivalent)

Evidence of achieving the requisite level of English language proficiency

Evidence demonstrating the candidate satisfies the maintenance criterion, such as savings or an agreement from their employer TB test, if your nation is mentioned in Appendix T.
Salary expectations
The applicant’s main wage is the gross basic pay, which does not include taxes, pensions, or any insurance.
Additional payments to be included in the gross basic salary are as follows:

Your previous visa was a graduate visa, and your current authorization to remain expired less than two years before the application date.

If you were on a student visa, it had to have ended within two years of the date of application.

Your student visa was sponsored to study for a UK bachelor’s degree, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, a UK master’s degree, a UK PhD or other doctoral qualification, or a Professional Graduate Diploma in Education in the United Kingdom.

You must have finished the course or be applying at least three months before the course’s completion date.

You are pursuing a PhD or have completed at least 12 months of PhD coursework.
Salary for intra-company transfers
The remuneration for an ICT employee includes gross basic pay and allowances that are guaranteed to be paid for the duration of the employee’s employment in the UK.
An intra-company transfer employee earns around £41,500 per year. As a result, he must be paid £41,500 plus 100% of the prevailing rate for that specific work occupation.
Compensation for skilled employees
To acquire a settlement (ILR) in the UK, you must earn at least £25,600 per year in your work profession.
If any exclusions apply, you must earn at least £20,480 for your occupation in the UK.
It is critical to understand that intra-company transfer permits do not result in settlement. If you are on an intra-company transfer visa and have a long residence, you may be allowed to extend your stay for ILR.
Once you have settled status in the UK, you can apply for British citizenship after one year or 12 months.
