They start letting people onto the plane 30 minutes before it takes off. But because they don’t have as many groups for boarding as other airlines, they try to finish getting everyone on the plane about 20 minutes before it leaves. So, they close the doors 15 minutes before takeoff.
They call people in groups. First are those needing special help, then the ones who paid extra, then families, and finallyeveryone else.

· Zone 1 (priority boarding): Folks who paid for a carry-on bag, or those who bought a special ticket called the WORKS, and frequent flyers.
· Courtesy boarding: Families with little kids and anyone else who needs a bit more time.
· General boarding: Everyone else gets on after the other groups.
