This week has been quite busy for me because I have been finishing up the tutorial that goes with my Christmas Gable Gift Boxes Soiree Mega Project Kit. To view all of the lovely components that are part of the kit that are taken from pages 10–13 of the Occasions Catalogue, click the link. You will receive my 17-page tutorial for free when you buy the package. There are five tasks to complete, three of which include alternate design alternatives. I thought I would share one of the projects we worked on utilizing the Mini christmas gable gift boxes in class this week. This is one of the projects I created for the tutorial on the Sweet Soiree Mega Project Kit. These gorgeous gift and treat boxes are assembled from a flat pack of heavy-weight matte silver card paper. Consider holidays like Christmas, Easter, birthdays, thank-you, and simply because you want to give someone a tiny, handcrafted gift that you’ve done up specifically for them. I adore keeping a few embellished treat boxes nearby for giving as gifts.I dry embossed the top and sides of the box using the ‘Petal Pair’ embossing folder, then I added some wonderful Berry Burst metallic-edge ribbon and a pretty bow. Using the ‘Sweet Cake’ Framelits dies in conjunction with the ‘Cake Soiree’ stamp set and a few embellishments from the Sweet Soiree Embellishment Kit, the elegantly embellished tag completes the look.I’ve included a second way to decorate these adorable boxes in my tutorial. To create a lovely present box that anyone would be happy to receive, I selected a tiny silver embossed print from the Sweet Soiree Specialty Designer Series Paper and paired it with Flirty Flamingo. Wax seals have to be my new obsession when it comes to elegant stationery details! I knew just how I wanted to design these Wax Seal christmas gable gift boxes present Boxes with some soft chiffon ribbon and some of my favorite marbled beauties when I decided to offer my guests a take-home present in gchristmas gable gift boxes for my most recent party.
One of my favorite things to pack are little guest take-home boxes, wedding welcome presents, and lately, a tea and scones brunch box for my friends to take home from my vintage Victorian cocktail party! Christmas Box are a great option for all of these uses! I wrapped the present boxes with the same Rose Gold Chiffon Ribbon and sealed them with the same Marbled Self Adhesive Wax Seals, bringing my favorite seals from the beginning to cap off the evening, because I wanted these to feel as much like the invites I sent my guests! These seals were the ideal finishing touch to these sophisticated, minimalist gift boxes, matching their distinctive invites and adding an air of refinement.
