1. Sabudana Khichdi:

Ingredients:

·        1 cup sabudana (tapioca pearls)

·        2 medium potatoes, cubed

·        1/2 cup peanuts, coarsely ground

·        2 green chilies, chopped

·        1 tsp cumin seeds

·        1/2 tsp rock salt

·        Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

·        Ghee (clarified butter) for cooking

Method:

·        Soak sabudana in water for a few hours until they become soft and fluffy.

·        In a pan, heat ghee and add cumin seeds. Add chopped green chilies and cubed potatoes. Cook until the potatoes are golden.

·        Mix buckwheat flour, water, chopped green chilies, and rock salt to make a batter.
